I am having ancesstral Hotel. This Hotel was established by my grandfather.The value is worth 60 lacs. My uncle ( father brother) & his son are running this Hotel .They are not giving any income to me & nor they are giving any share to me,my brother & my father . What should I do

File a suit for partition and seperate possession with mense profits.

Yes file a suit for partition and rendition of accounts.
Thereafter pray for appointment of Receiver to keep tab on the income of the Hotel.

yeah!As advised file a suit of partition as well as of Mesne profits cum damages caused to you on account of the use of your share of portion of hotel land and building by them.As the entire business is being run by them you should not claim rendition of accounting,claiming so may entail you with business liabilities as the a/c is in there hand they may manipulate and it is a hotel business several irregularities may be attracted for which you should not expose your self on your own.

Check the title of hotel property,if the your grandfather had owned it in his name your father's name would appear on ROR.As Prabhakar sir pointed out they your uncle will certainly manipulate the a/c and accumulate the losses in books.now what is the position of firm weather it is partnership, or pvt ltd?
