Domestic violence case

Dear sir/madam

sir, If one case Domestic Violence is running in the trial court but her advocate is threatening that if things not gone in her favour then she can file other and several cases on hsband and his family.

wife is demanding huge amount out of court to settle the matter. may one suggest me what are all this,

Is it possible that wife can file many cases even one case is already running in the trial court ( DV case). I have not told all this to my councel but fearing.

one unnecessary case I am already facing if she file many other cases then what I will do?

burden of presenty on husband always lies but she is not coming only at any date.

plz tell me

Wives are queen,this way and also that way,then when you have married,why are you worried,because our advises can not stop her from shooting cases on you, true/or/false .

we can simply guide you how to sail in boat which has several sinks .

Dear Author,

You are mistaken that the burden of proof lies on husband. The burden lies on the person averring a fact.

Now there are two things, which has no remedy either in law or elsewhere FEAR and DOUBT.

If you are frightened of false and frivolous cases, give what your wife demands. Two years later give it again to someone else, and Two more years down the line give to the third person charging you falsely.

Be brave and fight back.

Don't give into extortion.

You are not required to attend case on any hearing and your counsel can attend it. So far filing of other cases is concerned, one can file, if he or she has cause of action to do so. Settlement in free and fair way in cool mind is something other than extortion which I never support.

Burden of DV case also lies upon your wife and in further cases also, she shall have to prove so do not afraid of any case and discuss each thing with your counsel instead of hiding.
