What experts say is legally correct but in practice it is every body knowledge they take your application keep it with them, keep their diary open for several days and register as per their wish or even do not bother to register, and do not listen victims' imploration, some time leading him to weeping before magistrate u/s 156(3),experts often advise.

So wait and watch how does it terminate.???

Even for getting copy of FIR ,they expect greasing of their palm.
Smart Developer (Querist) 10 October 2011
I finally got a copy after I called ACP in front of them and the FIR copy was given to me instantly, since I had to reach the commissioner, then the ACP.

Can everybody in this country afford to do this?

Is our law system so bad?
Smart Developer (Querist) 12 October 2011
