can juvenile justice board entertain an application under sec. 457/451 crpc for the release of a vehcle seized in relation of an offence alleged to have been committed by a juvenile.

Criminal proceedings against minor is barred as per section 4 of the JJA 1986, and Juvenile Welfare Board is conferred with the powers under CrPc, and Yes, as per Clause (2) section 8 of the JJA, 1986.
