Aor place of residence.

Advocate interested in becoming AOR? Whether the AOR should reside in New Delhi?

Not only the person should reside in New Delhi, but there is also a distance restriction 16 KMs or so within the radius of which he has to reside. After passing the AOR, he should immediately appoint a court clerk under him etc. etc. are some of the conditions.
