My frnd's wife has gone to her parents home 4 months ago. Now she doesnt want to come to her husband's home because her parents married her in very low family. Now can my frnd divorce her? She is ready and doesnt want anything from her husband. They married in May 2010. Kindly guide me.

For the mutual divorce both will have to wait for 1 year from the date of marriage.
However before that they can try for nullity of marriage.

SO BEING THE CASE BOTH MAY FILE A PETITION OF MUTUAL DIVORCE is my advise.

nullity of marriage means marriage not solemnised in accordance with the law, or solemnized by supressing some facts, in respect of gender i.e. she is not girl, or she is unchest, or she is wife of some one, like that.
