Execution petiton = please help

MSME ACT 2006

There was a delay in payment from a reputed Client .

I have taken up the matter to MSME facilitation Council and they passed order
directing the client to pay my dues from the date of bill .

The order passed on 29 April 2011 states that the amount due should be paid along with Interest........to me

So far this reputed client is silent and and I was advised by learned members
To file Execution Petition in High Court .

Can any one guide me how this move further ??

(1) I file execution petion >>>

(2) If this Respondent get stay order ???

(3) How long it will drag ???

(4) What are the avenues available for me

(5) Advantages ….Disadvantages ???

I request learned members to guide me please …………

First give the details of your case.
No body could predict about the duration of a case.
However in the case of this nature the court while granting stay imposes the condition of making part payment.

Mr.barman is correct.. And high court is not a execution court. So you can't file any execution petition before high court.

Act on advise of your advocate or post at least the order passed,guidance would be found in the ACT and rules under which the order was passed.
