Nothing. Whenever called upon to testify, he has to say that he witnessed the MOU being signed by the parties in his presence. (he is not even required to know the contents of the MOU. It is none of his concern.)

It is just an agreement. when called for dispute in court then the contents and execution can be proved by the witness. nothing more. he has no liability in the contents or transaction of the MOU
