So no need to wait for set aside order & we can file application of transfer of the case immidiately.

If the court has passed the decree then first get it set aside and than file petition in Supreme Court to transfer the matter.

do the ex parte set aside then move to SC for transfer.
Please disclose what kind of suit/petition has been filed in relation to certain family matter. If you think that setting aside would benefit you more, you may do so. Be that as it may, moving SC for transfer of said family matter can be at any stage provided you adduce atleast on cogent ground for intended transfer.
Trust this would suffice.
