Apply to District and sessions Judge. He may appoint a lawyer as oath commissioner acting under power conferred by HC.

FOR APPOINTMENT OF OATH COMMISSIONER YOU SHOULD HAVE PRACTICE OF 2 YEARS AND THE APPLICATION IS TO BE SUBMITTED TO DISTRICT & SESSIONS JUDGE.

Procedure is simple. Write down an application, enclose your testimonails and experience certificate duly issued by your Bar and get deposited it with Superintendent of your District & Sessions Judge, who after due screening shall sent it to Registrar of Punjab & Haryana High Court and then the appropriate orders shall be set to DJ who shall issue a certificate.
