using company letter heads

Dear all
I have used one company letter head as for creating appointment letter for new job. the came to know that i using their letterhead. they send a legal notice because of forging the company letter head they want me to pay 5 lakhs

You need not pay anything though you may well have to face criminal prosecution.

In the notice pasted by you, can you indicate the paragraph in which they have demanded Rs. 5 lakhs BECAUSE YOU FORGED THE COMPANY LETTER HEAD?
