Hi All,
This is Ninge Gowda here, My aunt husband and his sisters were giving mental and physical torture for my aunt to get sign for property documents.
I went last week warn them to stop it other wise i will lodge a complaint against them.. yesterday they have lodged a compliant in police station against me saying i have abused them, and threaten their life. but I either used any bad words or threatened their life...also they were completely restricting my aunt relatives to not visit her home...
So what should i do now..
Please help me to how to handle the situation..and what is the best way to handle this situation...

if you have any voice recording then produce as a evidence, you must have evidence.

Thanks for the reply..but here situation is not that much serious....what they want they don't let any one to support my aunt...that is their real intention..now police asked me to write letter saying i don't do this in future..like..
since I haven't done any mistake..i don't want to write and give them saying I don't do this future...can I file a case against them..if yes what kind of case I can file against them..
one thing to note here is out them one lady murdered her(police Husband) with help of her son and victims brother(he is police) and proved the same as suicide..just 5 months ago..

The complaint lodged by your aunt would be more beneficial.
Ask her lodge complaint u/s 323, 498A, 506 of IPC.
She can initiate proceeding under Domestic Violence as well.

FILE A WRIT OF Habeas corpus IN HIGH COURT FOR PROTECTION OF YOUR AUNT AND DO NOT GIVE ANY THING TO POLICE,IF THEY REGISTER ANY CASE CONTEST IT.

Yeah!!..even me also thinking the same...I have some audio clips which will support me ...
Also i would like to know how can I get the details about complaint...I mean how to collect detailed information about the complaint lodged against me....
