(Querist) 18 July 2011 This query is : Resolved
i have a query about a land of 4000 sq ft that i had purchased around 2 years ago in the bijnaur area of district lucknow . Its a free hold land that was bought from a person who had power of attorney to sell the same . After few months of registry when i asked for Dakhil-Kharij , i came to know that its not possible because of boundation of power of attorney of that person . Now when i want to sell it , i am facing hurdles because of non occurrence of dakhil-kharij . Please let me the alternate ways to sell the land

its mutation . Actually it is basically an agricultural land of a harijan farmer who gave power of attorney to a non harijan person who sold land to me . I came to know that in this case the new land owner , i.e. me has to be a harijan for being eligible for mutation other wise its not possible. What is the actual law ?
