sir i have a green card of mp govt. & nagrpalika is allotteing shops by neelam kya me neelam ke bina shop le sakta hu kyoki card me first paryorti hai ?

Jab Nagarpalika neelam ke dwara hi shops allot karti hai, ya karne ki faisla kiya hai, tho aap kaise neelam ke bina shop le payenge? Green card apne jagah per hai. Neelam apne jaga. Yeh sirf Nagarpalika thai karega ki kaise unke shops allot kiya jaye - directly ya by neelam. Koi Nagarpalika ko jabardast kar nahin saktha.
