My friend's mother "X" book a flat in Guajart and before the registration the documents she is death and my friend and her sister r only legal heir so what can they do for property? Which documents r make for property their name?

any one send me Declaration and affidavit draft for legal heir.

In the given facts, the legal heirs of deceased X should represent to the builder along-wit death certificate, their joint affidavit that they are the only legal heirs of deceased and further they shall abide all the already agreed terms and conditions of allotment/registration/agreement (what so ever it may be). An indemnity bond should also be annexed praying to replace deceased with the legal heirs of any agreed one legal heir as the case may be.
