PLEASE ADVICE ON THE BELOW
1. BORN IN 1981 IN OMAN.
NAMES AS PER BIRTH CERTIFICATE
NAME : AHMED
FATHERS NAME : ABOOBACKER
2.NAME AS PER PASSPORT, COLLEGE CERTIFICATES LICENSE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE AND OTHER OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS.
NAME : AHMED ABUBACKER
FATHERS NAME : ABUBACKER
YOU CAN FIND THAT THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN MY NAME AND FATHERS NAME BETWEEN BIRTH AND OTHER CERTIFICATES. PLEASE ADVISE HOW CAN I RECTIFY THIS. ALSO ADVISE IF IT WOULD BE BETTER TO RECTIFY MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR OTHER DOCUMENTS.
I NEED TO TAKE MY DAD WITH ME TO OMAN WHERE I STAY NOW BUT BECAUSE OF THE DIFFERENCE IN MY DADS NAME (HIS NAME IS SPELT AS ABOOBACKER IN HIS PASSPORT) I AM UNABLE TO PROCEED FURTHER. WAITING FOR YOUR KIND ADVICE.

Affirm an Affidavit before the 1st. class judicial Magistrate of your area stating that the two different spellings belong to the same person.
After affirmation, advertise the facts of the Affidavit( not the entire Affidavit),in an english as well as a vernacular daily newspaper of mass circulation.
Produce the Affidavit & such advertisements wherever required.

Thank you for your kind reply. Alos i have a doubt if i have to make any changes to my name since the name in the birth and other certificates is different.
