pronote validity

I have a pronote datted 2-3-2008. barrowar is said that the date of validity completed so he does not interested to pay. Now I want to put a case on him If there is a possible pls help me. I also have blank pronote signed of barrower

The limitation for filing civil suit upon said pernote was upto 1-3-2011.Now nothing can be done.

The blank pro note if undated can be used as acknowledgement of the old loan in which case the limitation period is extended upto another 3 years.

Mr. Ajay Bansal is right. In the absence of any acknowledgment, you have lost the limitation with respect to this particular pronote.
