hello
there is an illegal mobile tower in housing board colony in rajasthan because land is residential and landowner is using it as commercial. mobile tower was established on 14 feb 2003 and rajasthan housing board department handed over this colony to local body on the date 14 jan 2008.
Both the departments are now showing interest to remove this tower from this residential colony. please suggest me that what should I do to remove this tower.

firstly collect entire data Whether any permission was granted for raising this tower?
Once the entire record and rules are in your hand, it will be easier for you to proceed legally....you may use RTI Act for the said purpose.
If it is found that there was any illegality in the entire process then serve the concerned authorities with a representation or notice.
If no action is taken then file a Writ Petition before the Hon'ble HC of your state.

first of all thank u very much Kiran Kumar Ji for your these suggestions in this regard there is few more informations i want to share with you I hope that it will be helpful for me.
i have collected all the informations about this land in housing board property removal act there is clear provision that no one can change to his structure without his concern. Housing board department issue a notice to the leasee regarding to this matter. but after issuing notice they did not take any action against that leasee. here is also an provision in rajasthan housing board act that residential area will be used only for residential not for commercial. and there is no provision to convert this resedential land to commercial. i have got all these details in RTI. and I requested to collector, Housing board department and local body. no one is showing his interest in this matter.
In this regard I want to know that can anybody get commercial light connection on residential area.
