Legally you can marry your GF only after you divorce the first wife, without a valid divorce you will be committing the offence of bigamy while the first marriage is still subsisting.

u can not marry,if u do it shall be void and illegal and an offence of bigamy too,so first get a divorce decree from first one then only u can marry the 2nd one

without getting divorce, you can marry, and getting divorce is not a easy task. so my advise is forget about remarriage.

I agree with Mr. Singh. You must divorce your wife first and then marry your girlfriend. Otherwise your wife can file a case against you for bigamy.

I understand that your Girlfriend is facing opposition from her parents and hence you want to marry her soon, but there are no shortcuts in law and its better to wait now than to repent later.
