original bills can be submit at time of final argument in 498a

hello,

can a hospital bills, jewelleries bills, bank statements can be submits at time of final oral arguments by accused persons to support his defence in 498a case.

also it's permitted to submits those orginal copies of bills after u/s313 crpc statement of accused at time of final arguments to prooves false allegation made by complainant.

kindly clearify and advise if any.

Most of the cases the hospital bills can be helpful bcz it have all records such as admission, treatment, cause of hurt, and impact of injuries so on.
But norm lay jeweler bills not as much as like hospital bills.
section 313 Causing miscarriage without woman's consent is maximum failed bcz so many vital documents and proof of burden should be needed to prove

so that's permissible in law at time of final arguments i can submit and rely upon those original bills and bank transaction details.

i didn't get clear view from the reply, i was worried that such original bills of hospital with bank transaction would be permissible at time of final argument, wherein accused side statement u/s 313 over and evidence stage is closed.

those hospital bills were denied by complainant has accused has not paid, but i have bank detail transaction to make it true.
