IS IT WORTH GOING THIS JOB

Sir, My friend had got a new job for the position of Manager in a project management company. before he was drawing a salary of 1.25 Lakh per month. Since he was not comfortable in the previous company, he found a better job with little less salary.

Now he got a offer letter from a new company for the gross salary of 1 lakh. But the management had sent the taken home net salary is Rs.93,000. when he was asked about the tax deduction, the replied that the final take home salary is 79,000. he is really confused and need your eminent advises before accepting the offer.
