Dear Gaurav,

You can send your Written Complaint through Registered Post, to the Concerned Consumer Court against the Opposit Party by completing all the formalities.

Kindly attache the documents as follows with your Written Complaint:

1. Written Complain;
2. Rs. 100/- Postal Order/DD in Favour of Concerned Dist Forum,
3. Voucher/Bill/Cash Memo
4. Any other supporting documents.

Note: Written Complaint in Original
Documets in Xerox Copies.

Kindly go through this site for your further help, ( but it is not necessary to send them, you can directly send to the concerned Dist Forum ).

My advise to you, is to approach a voluntary consumer organization based at Chennai, so that they will supervize the case effectively on your behalf and in your absence. If you send the complaint by registered post no harm the complaint will be taken on file by the Consumer Forum, but, you cannot effectively supervise the case and most of complaint sent by post get dismissed for default ie. for non-filing of proof affidavit, for non-filing of written arguments etc.

Thanks Mr aejaz,perumal for ur kind response.But still i am in a dilemma

I contacted NGO named ICRPC- BuT in their guideline also they have mentioned the fact given below ::--
Consumer courts take about 1 to 2 years (or even more at times) to settle the case. The consumer is expected to attend the court hearings at least 5 times in a year.

If its the fact then there is also no use of ngo also. Can u please help me with a better solution or help me with a chennai based NGO who can help me further
