Every Crime Number (FIR) will converted as C.C. before the appropriate court.. Every C.C. having only one Charge Sheet. What do u mean by C.C.

Reference Case Petition R.C.P. what does it means. It can be filed in criminal cases only & Before the HC (High Court)only?

C.c case mean its only for criminal cases. Its stands for calendar case. Its mean every calendar year will starts from january first to december 31. And the c.c cases can be filed before the trial court only.. Can't be filed before the high court.

Then i can't guess that what you mean for r.c.p? Cos two cases available in this similar word. Thats rcop, its mean as rent convoller original petition. Its purely for civil dispute. Second thing is rcr petition, its stands for restitution of conjugal rights petition. Its surely matrimonial dispute. Both of this case also can't be file before the high court directly.

In Maharashtra C C means Criminal Case and C S means Civil Suit. RCC means regular criminal case and RCS means regular civil suit. There is no separate registration like RCOP for rent matters or RCR for restitution of conjugal rights. All marriage petitions are registered as MPs. Misc Applications are registered as MAs

What is the difference between:

A) Criminal case (CC) & Regular Criminal case RCS)

B) Civil suit (CS) Regular Civil Suit. (RCS)

c.c cases can be filed before the trial court only.. Can't be filed before the high court.

Sir but i have not seen anywhere were it is expressedly stated that CC cases ca only be filed before the trial court only & not before the HC.

So sir can u tell me where it is expressely stated.

Any one can give the answer.

In Tamilnadu RCOP for rent matters . All marriage petitions are registered as HMOP.
