sir,
if i want to do practice in the apex court what is the procedure and please advice in this regard.

If you have ten years practice and to be an advocate on record you may apply for the test of advocate on roll in the supreme court. If not have more than ten years practice then get the certificate of one year practice in the supreme court from advocate who is already on record of Supreme Court and after completion of one year you may apply of advocate on record.
But there are also some conditions like as you should have chamber within 16 km. from the premises of Supreme court and you have at least 12 appearance in a year in the Supreme Court.
