sir,i explain my q.--i wish to appeal against acquittal,accused acquitted by jmfc court,charge on accused of 325 ipc-after amendment of 31/13/2009 victim file appeal against acquittal-but court of session says, it bar by 378 cr pc because it is a sac.only congiable not non bailable-----can the court says right,any latest case law on this matter
