land is acquired by the amritsar improvement trust. since we were tenants there, i need citations on share of tenants viz. compensation.

Whether it was agricultural land or non agriculture.

In the case of Agricultural land normally 50% goes to tenant. That is according to Bombay view.

property is acquired for grain mkt. amritsar. property is well within municipal limits and it was used for agriculture purpose before acquiring. we were tenants for the last 45 yrs. on that agricultural land with two generations holding such land.
