my grandfather buy some agriculture land he registerd it to my fathers name when he is only 11 years old.now at this time can my father tranfer this property to any person.....they have right??? what is my part in property...

you have got no right. your father is the only owner of the property. He can give the property to any one.

You cannot claim any part of the property during his life time, as your father is the absolute owner of the property. He can transfer the property to any one he desires.

Yes, since the property is the personal property of your father, he has every right to deal with it in whichever way that he wants. No one has any right to claim any share in the property, or to object to his actions.
