WILL about Shop

My father owned a Pagdi system shop in Mumbai and my father had nominated me and my brother & the landlord was issuing Rent Receipt on three names 1) My Father 2) Myself 3) My Brother.

My question is, my brother has transferred the said shop on his name without my signature. Can he do this without my signature, as I am one of the owners of the shop?

Pagadi is the business you do under the table so there are no rules, Pagadi can be anything and they can fix any price.
Now you said you are Tenant

Is this shop in the name of father or landlord or landlord sell this to your brother ?
Have your father made any will?
Give these info.

Please clarify, how your brother could get the shop transferred in his name and how the landlord agreed to that?

First there was my fathers name, after he added myself & my brother name & after that lndlord was issuing the rent recipt jointly on three names i.e. my father name, myself & my brother's name.
