hi,
marriage of my girl friend got cancelled because i revealed everything about us our relationship to her would be husband just a day before marriage and grooms family took decision to cancel this marriage.My question is family of girl could take any legal step against me???if yes what step they could take against me?

You want to take revenge on her?
There is no law to punish you. But, You will face punishment in the court of God.

Sir,
thank you for you quick response.It was decided between us that she would take divorce after sometime of her marriage but as the days getting closer to her marriage her attitude totally changed and a day before her marriage she said that she would never come to me.Finally i decided to reveal all facts about us to her would be husband and i did and marriage got cancelled.Yesterday i recieve a call from girls family member that they would take some legal action and police complaint like sexual harrasment etc against me.Plz advice sir what am i suppose to do now.

well in practical life such filmy things does not happen.
Girls parents can hand you over to the police and can go ahead with marriage.
You have to cool your heals in custody till after spending money and time you get bail.

but in above reply it is given that there is not law to punish me(given by mr.aruna giri)then on what basis they can hand me over to police.Sir plz reply and under what charge?

Dear Anonymous,
From your second reply it clearly reveals that you disrupted the marriage of your girl friend only out of revenge. Naturally the parents of the girl would not keep silent. They may also come forward to take revenge from you in bringing bad name to the girl in spoiling her life as well as causing a great insult the parents in the society where they live. You could have observed some patience and restraint.
About your claim that there is no law to harm you, as suggested by one expert, I may inform you that law comes forward for help only after the damage has been done. So, once you are trapped in the net of law, law will at first ask you to prove your innocense before it can provide you some relief.

Dear Mr.Isaac Gabriel,
I fully agree with here no one is ready to tell what should i do immediately to save me from the hands of law.Every day i am talking to girls family members and apologizing them..they have not taken any step till now but can take after 2 3 days plz any one could suggest me what should be first step of mine coz prevention is better than cure and plz no emotions of the expert should be involved i need 100% professional advice.
