ruling and case laws on challenging a registered documents of sale of a property

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 18 February 2009 This query is : Resolved
I want to read some case laws and ruling of Supreme Court regarding time limitation which shows that old Registries, which is approx 30 years old cannot be challenged
PALNITKAR V.V. (Expert) 19 February 2009
In my opinion there is no such law. I have not come across any such ruling. However, there is presumption of genuineness to documents which are more than 30 years old. The presumption is rebuttable.
A. A. JOSE (Expert) 19 February 2009
I endorse the view of learned senior Palnitkar sir. However, if any other view is there, kindly contribute.
