You can issue legal notice to claim your unpaid salary, but to prove your employment documents are required to produce before the court. You do one thing first you write a letter to the school authority giving the details of your employment and salary not received, it is also important to receive the acknowledgement from the school authority and wait for some days then issue notice.

its better to serve them with a legal notice...if there is some document available with you in connection of your job then make use of that also while sending the legal notice.

Before I give my advice, I would like to know whether you served the organization with due notice for resignation and were relieved officially after notice period before leaving the job? Also for what period the salary is due from the comany?
