Opp. party is from Jamshedpur and i have filed case in Raipur.
The court has issued Arrest warrants but the party has managed the police of his area.

can i take the police of My city for his arrest?
If yes
then do i have to take warrants in the name of police of my city or not??

warrant not issued in the name of police, the warrant can be executed through the police. it can be executed through any police station you like! may be of Jamshedpur or Raipur

WARRANT CAN BE EXECUTED WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE LOCAL POLICE. YOU CAN APPROACH LOCAL MAGISTRATE WHO HAS ISSUED ORDER FOR ARREST.

If the SHO not executing the arrest warrant ,The concern court can direct its senior officer/Senior Supdtt. of police to execute the warrant and manage to arrest the accused move an application before the court for appropriate order.

An arrest warrent can be put in effect any where in the country. So you can use the police and go the place and arrest him.
