unlawfully attaining B Tech degree from a University

a person sought B Tech admission on false grounds by forging a sponsored certificate and applied in JNTU, Hyderabad and passed out with degree in first class. and also he got the enhancement in salary, in a private college which is under SBTET. now what can i do?

You can yourself lodge a complaint about forgery. Also inform the university/institution and the employer also for suitable action.

make a complaint to the repsective college and the university.

keep proofs in hand.

help the university in initiation of the criminal action....send them all written complaints by registered post...if the institutions fail to take action then u may also be complainant in the court, u may also approach the ministry dealing with techincal education.
