Divorce deed

What is legal value of Divorce deed which mention agreement for MCD after completion of 1 year of seperation and withdrawal of crimnal case.

If girl does not withdraw case what remedy husband has, is he still binded to apply for MCD.

My understanding is since false FIR is illegal, its withdrawal cannot be stated in divoce deed.

Any agreement which is illegal is void

There is no value of any divorce agreement or contract. Only decree of divorce granted by competent court has value in he eyes of law. If compromise has taken place then courts take lineint view but if wife/complainant refuses to hostile in her evidence then accused side cannot do anything so it is better to perform all actions simultaneously or under guidance of court.
