if a person A enters in to sale to agreement with another person B and paid 50% advance. after 6 months remaining 50% has to pay get registered. but thenafter 6 months B is not ready to take money and to register to A as per the agreement. because of the increased rates and demand for the property. what is the remedy?

A has to file a suit for specific performance of contract against B.Court may impose reasonable condition on A and direct while decreeing the suit to pay additional price to B in case phenominal incease in price.

Invoke the provisions of specific performance Act. The consideration is between the parties, the court shall enter its nose into it.
So the vendor cannot ask for additional price amount.
Send notice, if no fruit, initiate proceedings.
