Hello,
I am Parag, from Mumbai.
I am sorry that without knowing you and your charges for guidance and all I am asking for a solution.
I am 31 years old and my girl friend is 22 y.o.
We are in relationship since last 4 years and want to get married. My family and friends are happy with our pairing, but he parents are not really happy and in oppose of our marriage. They are forcing her not to stay in touch with me at all.
But we are firm and determined to marry and spend life with eachother.
So in your advice, what will be the best way for me? To marry at Arya Samaj or Love marriage at Court?
Because I have heard that court sends one month No Objection Notice to her address and also paste the notice on the board of court, and it may create problems to get marriage certificate IF objection raised...
I have heard that Arya Samaj never sends any notice to girl or boy's residence for NO Objection and they never goes to verify the address and parents and all.. IS IT TRUE?
And after/ if I we got married at Arya Samaj too, how to make it legally registered?
PLEASE RESPOND AT YOUR EARLIEST AND COMFORTABILITY SO I CAN PROCEED AHEAD.

Hello parag,
There is no procedure to perform the marriage at Court. The court is not arranging any marriages. I do not know why the people wrongly suggesting.
Better you go with Arya samaj. They will arrange a marriage and they will issuing a marriage certificate. On the said certificate you may register your marriage, as compulsory under law. If you have an opportunity to convince her parents, it is better for your future life. Good luck

Thanks a lot for responding and advice.
Sir, I have been trying to convince her parents since year, but they are against our love. So no use of staying on hopes.
I went to Arya Samaj and thjey guys told me that if I want to perform marriage at Arya Samaj only then they would require her parents for some rituals, but as an option, if I can arrange my marriage at some private place or my home, they will send the Pandit and he will perform our marriage and will take minimal fees. Beofre that I will have to go to Mahanagar Paalika to take a blamk for something like form and to fill up and after marriage they will stamp on it with Arya Samaj authorities and I will have to submit it again at Municipal office...
So is it legal?

Mr. Parag,
you have another option. You may marry some other temple and get marriage receipt from the temple. You have to take photos of marriage and prepare a invitation card. After that, you have to apply registration of your marriage by producing the marriage photo and invitation.

Dear Mr. Parag
I am not satisfied with the opinion of my learned friends.
You have rightly heard that one month General Notice is cumpulsory if you want marriage through Court.
Another option is to get the marriage in Arya Samaj Mandir and after getting Certificate got it register in Ragistrar of Marriages under Hindu Marriage Act. and in this procedure no notice will be given to any body.

Hello again,
Thanks to all for responding and advice.
Still my query is that if I arrange for a private place and Arya Samaj will his Pandit to my place, he will complete all rituals and procedures and will issue certificate OR fix a stamp and signature on the certificate on behalf of Arya Samaj. And as per I was told, I will have to show that certificate etc to Municipal or registrar and he will confirm again to Arya Samaj and verify, and then he will issue me the marriage certificate finally.
Is this legal and valid ?
