Respected experts,

If I have apprehension that my agriculture land may be sale by caretaker of that agriculture land in my absence.

What are the legal option that available to me to cheek such illegal sale.???

Should I published a public notice in local newspaper and argued people to avoid such illegal sale deed.???If Yes pliz en-light me under which provision of law this is allowed.??
any others advice are welcome.

you must fence the land and put board about landlord owner and take a photo along with landlord, thats all enough.and you may public the newspaper also.

First of all check with reference to the land revenue records with the area Patwari/ Kannungo/Tehsildar, etc., whether mutation has not been got done already in some other name. You can give application to to the Tehsildar to stop mutation to any other name in case of any registered sale deed is presented begore him.

But, if you find the mutation has already been done by virtue of sale, get the help of some local lawyer to publish a legal notice in the newspapers for the information of the public, before filing a case in the appropriate court to get the sale deed cancelled.

@PS Dhingra, CEO, Dhingra Group, sir!! am belong to S.T and our state there is no need of registering private land.

And land is still not sale but there is apprehension by me that in my absence from my native village it may be happen.I want to cheek that only.
so my question is who to cheek this.????
