My wife made false maintainance case about my salary i.e. I am earning high salary around 75000/- per month. But fact is I am self employed earning around 3000/- per month.
What action should I must take so that she should be punished by giving wrong information to court.

if your wife gave the false evidence at court you can take actions against in same case before your salary statement verify once again and submit your side evidence.

Let you wife claim any thing , she has to produce evidence which you can contradict.

While your wife will have to produce proof of your income as Rs.75,000/- in support of her claim, you would also be required to disprove that and also to prove your income as mere Rs.3,000/-. On whatever claim the judge is convinced the case would be decided on that evidence. If you are able to prove that your wife is telling a lie, you can request the judge to take action against her for misleading the court of law.
