SECTION 90 EVIDENCE ACT

Sir,
When father was alive his some of sons executed a Regd. sale deed in favour of one son pertaining his father's acquired property through inhertent from his mother witch is more than 30 yrs old without parties grand sons in that document. After execution of the said sale deed the father was died. With out having any rights when the father was alive, how the presumption section 90 of evidence act as it was a void document against grand sons who have no knowledge about the deed.Mear production of document in to the court, that document is valid or not against grand sons under section 90 of evidence act?
