mutuation of property

My father has expired on 3 oct 2010, he has got 2 property in his name , dda flat in paschim vihar west delhi, 1 house of 208 sq feet in gurgoan sec 21, he has also left 32 bigha agriculture land , how can i get that all property in me and my brother name

you and your brother cannot get transfer all property documents if your mother is still alive, if your mother is still alive she apply for transfer of all documents by producing death certificate of her husband, subject to any 'WILL' executed by your father.

After transferring all documents in your mother name, your mother can dived or share the property to you and your brother.
