Ownership would remain with you unless you transfer that to your tenant. How he can claim forcibly? If you have the need of that house for personal purpose, you can ask him to vacate.

what about your tenant in rental basis or on lease? without transferring the property they can not claim your house. If you need of house then issue 6 months prior notice to vacate and handed over the vacant house

a tenant is always a tenant and can not become owner unless ownership is not transfer due procedure of law. Thus unless you transfer ownership of your house in favour of your tenant, he can not become owner.
