rejection of application- public issue coal india ltd

I had applied for400 equity shares in recent ipo of coal india ltd. my application was rejected for the reason unknown to me. while inquiring with the register of the issue, they informed that shri asit c mehta, had not retgistered my name in official bid for nsc and hence my application was rejected. My application was rejected only because of neglience of on the part of asit c mehta, broker, I had applied to sebi for compensation, please guide me in this regards what course of action, i should take .

This has happened to many people, why worry buy from secondary market. There will be good upside even from current prices.
