I Insurance my Two Wheller from Reliance General insurance after then cause accident at jodhpur but insurance company not ready to pay calim.

I file Consumer Compliant but Court reporting that not have tutorial power because Reliance general office or any Branch at jodhpur.
Plz Help what can I Do regarding to Cover the hearing from Consumer Court at Jodhpur

I Not find office address at jodhpur now i confirm that not a General Insurance office at jodhpur but Life insurance office also at jodhpur what can i do.

If the accident occurs at Jodhpur then the cause of action arises at Jodhpur and mere absence of any office of the Insurance at Jodhpur does not make any change. The Forum is wrong to hold contrary.

Alternatively you can file the case in the consumer court where your residence lies.

Add the Insurance company and give the address as it is available on the insurance policy.

Cause Of Accident at Abu Road ( Sirohi)

I Live in Jodhpur.

I Present Compliant Before Consumer Form Jodhpur but Court Report on my Application that Respondent office not at Jodhpur so Court not have Power till I Request for pending

What Can I do to before consumer for Come in Power of Consumer Form Jodhpur

Now cause of accident at Abu Road ( Sirohi)

I Live at Jodhpur

I present live at jodhpur.

I File consumer complitant Before Consumer Form Jodhpur for demand Repairing cost of Two Wheelar from Reliance General insurance.

but consumer form jodhpur mark that " court have not power" then i given next date.

what can i do

I cheaked and confirm Reliance General Insurance not at jodhpur but REliace Life Insurance and Reliance Helth Insurance Branch office at jodhpur.

Plz given me Valuble advise.
