sir
i also want to know if the high court has given a long date in bail matter can any application be made to provide short date and what is the procedure for it and under which section?

well friend the even if u pay the whole of the amount the criminal liability will stand.

however to ur good fortune now the Hon'ble Supreme Court has delivered few judgments saying where the dispute is of civil nature then the parties may compromise the dispute and on the basis of that compromise may approach the High Court under S. 482 Cr.P.C for the quashing of proceedings.

ur case is squarely covered by the following SC judgment (do read it, its must for u)

Manoj Sharma v/s State and others 2008(4) Recent Criminal Reports 827.
the case no. is :
Criminal Appeal No. 1619 of 2008 (SLP cri. no. 5265 of 2007)

its a judgment by Amaltas Kabir and Markandey Katju, JJ.

www.supremecourtofindia.com u can get this judgment from this site also.

if u can compromise the matter then get it done then get exonorated from all the criminal liabilities.

no provision for preponment of bail application.
