Dear All R/Sir,

I have purchase of Resale flat in PCMC,Pune(Maharashtra). I request to all plz guide me for how is stamp duty % and Reg. fee,

My Agreement is 800000/- & flat valuation come in 825750/-
Plz guide.

On the valuation you will have to the stamp duty.

Stamp duty and registration fee will be charged on the market value of the flat.

Stamp Duty and Registration Charges shall be charged on the market value of the property or at the sale price whichever is higher at the % which is applicable in Maharastra.
