Dear Sir,

Kindly guide. If i make a will and after my death can my wife challenge my will?
2ndly what is the right of the wife on the property of the Husband?

If i declare i dont want to give her anything then also can she claim?

if you have the property is your own earned property, you do as you your wish,

2. Her rights are only if you dies intestate. If you transfer the property during your lifetime she can not claim anyhting after your death.
