society dispute

I m the member of our society...but in the election process two members become the president and secretary. actually they both are not the actual members of the society the flat is in the name of his wife and the other flat is in the name of his mother...........whether their post of chairman and secretary is justified.....can they become the chairmand and secretary merely by residing.

help please

you have to check the rules and regulations of your society otherwise it is difficult to answer such questions.
