please guide me for the following

my plot is situlated in mumbai and is curently on my grandfather name and he expired on 9th 2003 there are four heirs and till now the property is on name of my grandfather how should i transfer the name in 7/12 extract of all these heirs please guide nme accordingly if i want to sell these plot to someone after entering the name of all legal heirs

well if the family settlement is possible then its good otherwise, you will have to seek partition by filing civil suit for partition in the civil court.
