compliance required for construction industry at sites

Dear sir,
Our company is engaged interalia in constuctions of roads, building and erection and commissioning of transmissions lines.
Please guide us about the labour laws applicable at the construction sites.

The construction sites is located at different places in India. the minimum strength in each sites exceeds 500 people.

Even though you are operating at various sites all your operations are covered by applicable labor laws such as Industrial Disputes Act, Contract REGULATION AND ABOLITION ACT,P.F.ACT, OTHER LOCAL STATE ACTS,HOWEVER SIMPLY KNOWING THE LAWS APPLICABLE IS OF LITTLE CONSEQUENCE IF YOU DO NOT KNOW SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN THEIR APPLICABILITY
