sales against form "h"

We are having only local VAT TIN. Now, we want to sales against form H whether it is possible or not without Central Act Registration no.????

no, it is impossible CAR is must against form H.

If you entered into export sales, after completion of transaction, you have to apply for registration no. u/s 7(1) of the CST Act.
If you want to sale against the form H, you mast have a CST registration, otherwise purchaser can't issue to form H and you will not entitle for exemption from VAT for said transaction.
